Who Are We?

My name is Rhea Perry and I learned a lot about health from helping my husband in his 10 year struggle with prostate cancer. Unfortunately, in December, 2010, went to be with our Lord Jesus.

Although I have a degree in Health, I had never heard of some of the concepts I have learned in the past few years. But being an educator at heart, I want to share them with you so they may benefit your family.

Many of these concepts are controversial so I only want to share them with those I consider friends. That's why we chose the online community format instead of just an open blog.

Skeptics are welcome, critics are not.

My friend and business associate, Kimberly Spear, has always encouraged me to live a healthy lifestyle. So I've invited her to share her expertise and wonderful recipes with you.
