My goal here is to share my personal health "train wrecks" and how I have been able to turn my situation around using a preventive, natural approach - rather than resorting to medical treatment right from the start.  Click on the audio button above to hear more details.

I was an All-American NCAA Swimmer in College.  I have a BS in Mechanical Engineering and worked in that field for 10 years before starting a family.  I'm a wife to the love of my life and a homeschool mom to our two boys.

My husband and I have been playing broomball for over 22 years.  We also enjoy crazy sports like sail boarding and underwater hockey, as well as off-road biking and hiking.

Lance is Physicist by degree and works as a Process Engineer for a Midwest Fortune 500 company.  He is a very hands-on Dad and the love of my life!

Our passion is putting together communities off-line that drive traffic on-line. Team is an online Leadership and Learning Organization that partners with companies who provide commerce through our community - such as, Success magazine (www.the-team.biz) and Mona-Vie (www.the-team.biz/mv896559).

Politics ~ Easy as PIE
Julie Vrieze
Politics really is "Easy as PIE". I absolutely love pie, but have never liked politics - or even tried to understand economics until I heard this simple explanation. This is just a brief outline I put together - I encourage you to get your hands on this former congressman's books, CDs and DVDs. Maybe you'll decide you like PIE too! Our world would definately be a much healthier and better place if more people liked and understood PIE...Look through all the non-sense political talk, and focus on PIE. Pie always clears my mind, makes me relax, and it's always great to share PIE with others! . . . keep reading

 TESTIMONIALS

Here is what our subscribers have to say

.....
I really liked your article on grass fed beef. We raised our own a few years ago, a Scottish Highlander. It was really fun. Highlander meat is very lean and high in Omega oils. They are fascinating animals, very good natured and easy to take care of.
